Who We Are: Qualifications in Brief


Our founder (and main blogger) Johana M. Gomez is a Colombian native who has been trained both in the Civil and Common Law traditions. She holds an LL.B from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.

Assistant Professor of Contract Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Clinical Professor of Private Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana’s Legal Clinical Program.

Graduated at the top of her class from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana School of Law and was awarded Merit of Honor for graduating thesis titled “Outsourcing to Governmental Entities by International Organizations.”
